Venom é uma banda de heavy metal da Inglaterra, formada em 1979. O Venom nasceu da NWOBHM, e influenciou o thrash metal e o death metal, além de dar origem ao estilo black metal com o álbum e a canção de mesmo nome, de 1982.

Agora aqui podem ir ai colocando umas cenas que vão mais ao encontro de cada um. Eu por mim aquilo que me puxa mais dentro deste tempo que vai dos 80s até a actualidade é o THRASH...sou um pouco acelerado!

Mas às vezes dentro dos gostos pessoais de cada um pode existir (com certeza) coisas que desconheço e eventualmente posso vir a curtir.

Há tanta cena ai como disse o V-SHADOW; olhem! mas coloquem ai cenas com clips (pelo menos para ouvir); é que às vezes só pelas capas ou nomes não vou lá e assim é mais directo

Saxon are an English heavy metal band, formed in 1976 in Barnsley, Yorkshire. As leading lights in the New Wave of British Heavy Metal they had huge success in the 1980s with 8 UK Top 40 albums including 4 UK Top 10 albums. Saxon also had numerous singles in the Top 20 singles chart. Between 1980 and 1987 Saxon established themselves as one of Europe's biggest metal acts, they also had success in Japan and in the USA. In Japan, the single "Motorcycle Man" stayed in the charts for over 5 months. They still tour heavily and regularly. Their latest tour is their largest in the UK since the late 1980s. Saxon have sold more than 13 million albums worldwide and heavily influenced bands such as Metallica, Megadeth, Sodom and Running Wild.

There is another incarnation of Saxon featuring two former band members who hold the legal rights to the name - "Oliver/Dawson Saxon".

Warlock was a German heavy metal band, assembled in 1982. The band gained some commercial success in the mid 1980s. By the end of the decade, singer Doro Pesch was the sole original member who remained in the band, and thus proceeded to form Doro, a band that was essentially a continuation of Warlock under a different name. Doro, the band, has several classic songs from Warlock in its repertoire.



Musical style
Warlock's music is always primarily described as heavy metal. Their style was more traditional in the beginning of the 1980s, as heard on the Burning the Witches album. They soon moved to a hard rock and glam metal style, starting with Hellbound. The band's influences are 1970s hard rock and heavy metal acts such as Judas Priest and Black Sabbath, N.W.O.B.H.M., as well as fellow German metal bands such as Scorpions and Accept. Other bands that had a similar sound include Keel, Judas Priest, Lizzy Borden.

The Haunted é uma banda sueca de thrash metal, formada em 1996 pelos irmãos Björler, após a separação dos At The Gates.

Gorefest é uma banda de Death Metal Holandesa formada em 1989.
Em Dezembro de 1998 a banda separarou-se tendo cada membro se dedicado a outros projectos dentro e fora do Metal.
Em 2005 a banda regressou lançando o álbum "La Muerte" voltando assim á sonoridade Death Metal que caracteriza os seus 3 primeiros registos.
A banda voltaria a separar-se a 15 de junho de 2009 em definitivo.

Na fase Death 'n' Roll

Mercyful Fate é uma banda de heavy metal da Dinamarca formada em 1981 e é citada entre as influências do black metal, thrash metal, power metal e metal progressivo. Mesmo tendo uma sonoridade de heavy metal o grupo é associado ao black metal por suas letras de clima sombrio. As músicas são caracterizadas por estruturas complexas, virtuose nas guitarras e falsetes altíssimos executados pelo vocalista King Diamond.

Após o lançamento do aclamado Don't Break The Oath, a banda se dissolveu devido a divergências musicais. King Diamond seguiu em carreira solo e Hank Shermann formou a banda de Hard Rock Fate.

A banda se reuniria para lançar o excelente álbum In the Shadows em 1993. Após o lançamento de 9 a banda entrou em hiato, enquanto King Diamond dedica-se à sua carreira solo.

Candlemass é uma banda sueca de doom metal formada na década de 1980 por Leif Edling (baixo), seu líder e autor das músicas. A banda é originária de Estocolmo.

Depois que Leif Edling dissolver a banda Nemesis, ele começou sua própria banda com o nome de Candlemass (Candelabro). O primeiro álbum foi Epicus Doomicus Metallicus, produzido em 1986 e agora considerado a obra-prima no cenário do Doom metal.
